For anyone looking for centrally-located apartments the Hotel ARBOR is the perfect place. The location is almost perfect: peaceful, but central – with lifts, hiking trails, shops, restaurants and everything that makes a holiday in Saalbach so pleasant within easy reach. Whether by car or public transport: getting here is simple and finding your way around locally is child's play.

Arrival by car

The Glemm Valley can be reached directly via the Tauernautobahn (A10) motorway, Bischofshofen exit, or via the Autobahn A1 motorway from Salzburg. From Zell am See it is only around 20 kilometres to Hinterglemm. Directly outside our hotel there are free parking spaces for our guests – convenient, secure and close to the action.

Arrival by rail and with the Guest Mobility Card

The nearest railway stations are in Zell am See or Maishofen-Saalbach. There are regular buses to Saalbach Hinterglemm from these towns. The new Guest Mobility Card, which is included in the room price at the Hotel ARBOR, entitles the holder to free use of public transport throughout the Salzburger Land region – perfect for a sustainable and relaxed arrival or for car-free travel locally.

Everything within walking distance

The central location of our hotel offers many advantages – without traffic or walking long distances:

Reiterkogelbahn cable car: approx. 300 metres away – can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. Nearest ski lift (Bergfriedlift): approx. 200 metres – direct access to the ski area. Centre of Hinterglemm with shops, bars, ski rental, supermarket & restaurants: approx. 150 metres to the bus stop (connection to Saalbach, Zell am See or Leogang): approx. 3-minute walk. In summer numerous hiking and bike routes start directly by the hotel or just a few steps away. In winter access to the ski area is practically on the doorstep – no need for a shuttle bus or queueing, you can simply set off.
